We want to extend the life of old factory roofs without stopping the production line to protect the quality of the production line and products.
The SOSEI business was born from such customer feedback. The unique SOSEI method, which combines two different chemical fields, paint technology and resin technology, to spray three layers of resin to seal the entire slate roof, which contains asbestos and cannot be washed with water, and to provide waterproofing, heat insulation, reinforcement, soundproofing, and anti-dew condensation. The cost advantage has led to a cumulative total of more than 1 million square meters of construction.
- Struggling with weight problems of metal roof covering method and asbestos dust contained in existing slate when screwing in.
- Struggling with leakage, cracking, damage, and step-through accidents due to deterioration of existing slates, problems with industrial waste disposal, and high-pressure cleaning and polishing of slate surfaces, which is difficult due to asbestos scattering.
- We are troubled with the risk of problems occurring on production lines and products due to leaks, heat stroke in the summer, and compliance with the revision of the Energy Conservation Law....
SOSEI can solve these problems.
Layer 3 SOSEI Top
Weather-resistant paint (two-component urethane solvent)
Layer 2 SOSEI Coat
Waterproofing and reinforcement material (special polyurethane resin)
Layer 1 SOSEI Form
Adhesion and thermal insulation (special polyurethane foam)
Button-type temperature data loggers were set in the attic to record changes in attic temperature for 24 hours. In the same building, there was a difference of up to 15.5°C between the area where the SOSEI construction method was installed and the area where it was not.
